Just days before Katrina hit New Orleans, I purchase a 40 KW Katolight Nat Gas generator to support my business. The generator ran for 24 hrs a day for 3 weeks virtually saving my pharmacuetical business. Since that time I purchase a 130 KW and put the 40 KW on my home.

We started as a firm repairing electric motors & welding machines. The generator side of the business grew until as today it is approx 95% of our total business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Arcco is unique in its position as a generator service company. we repair and maintain all manufacturers. Our 12 field service technicians are trained and certified. Arcco holds a state-wide electrical license for generator installation. Our competition typically represents one generator manufacturer and sub-contracts most associated work.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Presently all work is centralized from our facility in Baton Rouge, LA. We also support sales and service in Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama, and Florida
